Overall, this is a decent place to live. The apartments were cute, easy to clean, and had a layout that I loved. My experience was generally positive, with a few things that could definitely be improved. Noise wise, I never had issues with my previous neighbors, but the new neighbors who moved in were pretty loud, so I heard them often. That said, it’s apartment living, and some noise comes with the territory. I didn’t have pets, and pets aren’t something that particularly bother me, so I never paid much attention to them or the dog parks. The surrounding neighborhood was a decent area for running, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the airport, freeway, and shops. I left while renovations were still underway, so I can’t speak to how the updates will affect the property moving forward. Parking is probably my biggest complaint. I honestly never had issues before assigned parking was introduced, though perhaps other residents did which is why they decided to assign spots. Regardless, the current system is comically bad. The staff members were nice and communicative overall. However, they weren’t always as direct as I would have liked unless I asked very specific questions. I think that can be true of people in general, especially when a conversation has the potential to be uncomfortable or confrontational, so I wouldn’t necessarily consider it unique to this property. One thing that really caught me off guard was the lease buyout process. Montana seems to handle this differently than what I was used to, so I was still responsible for fees after moving out until someone else took over my lease. In previous places, I had only needed to pay two to three months’ rent to break a lease, so this was a new concept for me and unfortunately not something I completely understood after multiple conversations with the office (I know I know. I could’ve read through my lease better, but I just wanted a human to walk me through it.) Make sure you fully understand the early termination policy before signing if there’s any chance you’ll need to move before your lease ends. Otherwise, I’d say this is a fine place to live if you want a comfortable apartment and don’t anticipate needing to end your lease early. The apartments themselves were nice, the location was convenient, and the staff was generally pleasant.

I really enjoy living in my apartment here at Missoula Loft Apartments. It is very well designed and I have not faced any problems since I have moved in. The only thing I would suggest to change is adding a community vegetable garden and adding better washer and dryer in the units, and making at least one of the bathrooms have a bathtub.

The move in process was easy. Hannah was professional when signing the lease and over all process was timely. The apartment was move in ready and accommodations are up to standard. Can’t wait for the additions in the Spring!

The Lofts are clean and modern inside, the location is super convenient to the airport, and their tech seems pretty well dialed. Some construction noise and the gym isn’t open yet, but fingers crossed for early 2027!

We have lived here since July of 2024 and really enjoy it. Our neighbors are great, we haven't had any issues with management even after it changed, maintenance is always quick to respond. It's a great place to be, in my opinion!

Love the layout and spaciousness of the lofts. Located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful but also conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Pet friendly…which is amazing!

I couldn’t be happier living here in the Missoula Lofts! All of my neighbors and staff are very nice. They keep the grounds very well kept and have fun holiday contests for decorating your patio or door! I would highly recommend anyone to live here.

I’ve personally enjoyed our stay greatly here. The grounds are well maintained, parking is easily accessible and have never struggled to find a spot, plenty of space/walkways to take my dogs out, and fantastically convenient as everywhere we’ve needed to go is less than 10 minutes away.

Missoula Lofts has been a great place to live. The location allows access to Reserve, Broadway, and I-90 very easily. The apartments themselves are very nice and have an upscale feel to them. The walls are pretty thin but respectful neighbors go a long way. Jennifer was an amazing property manager and took our concerns very seriously. She did everything in her power to help us feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Missoula Lofts!!

Missoula Lofts is such a good find!! The property management has been great to work with answering all our questions. The space is even bigger than I anticipated after only seeing the pictures. The bathrooms are roomy, the patios and storage space are a great addition, and the modern open feel is so cozy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a housing option in Missoula!

The Missoula Lofts have been nothing short of great! Even though there is active construction, I never hear anything! The property management is friendly, efficient, and easy to get ahold of, with quick response! They are cozy but very roomie all at the same time. The monthly community events are also a great way to meet your neighbors, get free food, and prizes! Highly recommend Missoula Lofts!
