Our Pet Policy

All pets must be over 6 months old, current on all shots, and be spayed or neutered. Documentation of each must be provided, and proof of vaccination records are required prior to move in. Dogs under 105 lbs allowed as long as they are not on our restricted breed list. The following breeds or mixes are restricted from our Compass Communities: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies. Additional restrictions include reptiles and rodents.

There is a two pet per apartment limit, with an extra $250 deposit per pet. Pet fees include:

• Dogs: $65 one time DNA test fee and $25.00 monthly pet rent   
  
• Cats: $25.00 monthly pet rent
